Professional volleyball KB Insurance’s Center Jin-woo Park was confirmed last night for Corona 19.
The KB Insurance Club revealed that Park Jin-woo felt a high fever and was tested at the screening clinic and found a positive test.
The club played against OK Financial Group last Sunday, and both teams are scheduled to be tested today.
All officials who participated in the game are subject to inspection, and additional inspections will be conducted according to the classification of close contacts by the quarantine authorities.
This is the first time that a Korean player playing on the stage of the 1st professional sports team has been confirmed with Corona 19 during the season.
Previously, in the V-League, foreign players such as Keita from KB Insurance and Bruna from Heungkuk Life in the women’s division were confirmed, but there was no infection in Korea.
