A report came to YTN that a child who had returned from daycare had an unknown scratch on his neck.
Checking CCTV at the daycare center, the teacher was caught shaking the child’s mask and wiping the child’s face with a tissue used to wipe the desk.

On the 14th, lunchtime at a daycare center in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do.
The teacher pulls the boy to the table and starts feeding him, to the point where the boy’s head jerks back.
A little later, the teacher pulls the child’s mask, shakes his head, and wipes the child’s face roughly with a tissue used to wipe the desk.
The child whose mask is removed holds the lower part of his neck and bursts into tears.
The child in the video is Group A, who is 4 years old this year.
A’s father found a scratch on his son’s neck that evening.
When we inquired at the daycare center, the question came back asking if he had been injured at home, and the parents ran straight to the daycare center to look for the CCTV screen.

The daycare center argued to the parents of group A that there was no abuse, saying that the teacher seemed to be trying to feed the child a little more lunch.
Group A, who is slower to learn to speak than his peers, cannot clearly explain the reason for his wounds.
However, the father said that A had been refusing to go to the daycare center for nearly a month recently, and he suspects that something similar has happened before.

The parents filed a police complaint against the daycare teacher for child abuse.
The police, who have secured CCTV, plan to call the teacher sooner or later to see if the behavior that day can be viewed as abuse and whether there has been a similar situation in the past.
