As smog overlaps with the yellow dust and the air quality is expected to deteriorate until this Friday, it is imperative to wear a fine dust mask instead of long padding.

Before and after the Arctic cold hits, the weather changes significantly.

The Arctic cold meets the warm waters of the West Sea, creating a massive snow cloud that looks like a broomstick.

As this snow cloud enters inland, snow falls all over the place, and its traces are also captured by the Cheonlian satellite.

Arctic cold waves also frozen sea water.

On January 3rd, blue sea ice and sea ice were observed near Bohae Bay, but on January 9th, sea ice can also be found on the Ongjin Peninsula and the Taean Peninsula.

When the strong cold wave withdrew, fine dust came this time.

Yellow dust occurred as low pressure passed through the dry areas of China’s interior where there was no snow, and this yellow dust was introduced into Korea by the wind.

As the smog also flew in there, both fine dust and ultrafine dust became thicker.

The air strikes of fine dust and ultrafine dust are expected to continue for about three days until this Friday.

From Friday afternoon, the cold wind blows strongly, and fine dust disappears, and on weekends and holidays, it is expected to reappear around -10 degrees Celsius.
