Daejeon Hana Citizen Kim Jun-beom was selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 34th round of Hana Bank K League 1 2024. He was recognized for his performance in leading the team to victory by scoring multiple goals in enemy territory.

The Professional Football League announced on the morning of the 22nd, “Daejeon Kim Jun-beom was selected as MVP of the 34th round of K League 1.”

Kim Jun-beom started as a starter in the game against Jeonbuk Hyundai held at Jeonju World Cup Stadium on the 19th and scored two goals alone, leading the team to a 2-0 victory. He scored the first goal in the 41st minute of the first half and was also responsible for the key goal in extra time in the second half. Daejeon (38 points) changed its position with Jeonbuk (37 points) with this victory and rose to 10th place.

FC Anyang Yoo Jeong-wan won the MVP of the 35th round of K League 2.

Yoo Jeong-wan recorded 2 goals and 1 assist in the game between Anyang and Busan I’Park held at Anyang Sports Complex on the 20th, leading Anyang to a 4-1 victory. Yoo Jeong-wan scored the first goal in the 14th minute of the first half, an additional goal in the 17th minute of the second half, and even assisted Yago’s goal in the 23rd minute of the second half, contributing to three of the four goals Anyang scored that day.

Anyang was also selected as the best team in the 35th round of K League 2, with players in various positions, including round MVP Yoo Jeong-wan, Matheus, Yago, and Lee Young-jik, being named in the round’s best 11.

The best match of the 35th round of K League 2 is the match between Seongnam FC and Asan, Chungnam, held at Tancheon Sports Complex on the 20th. On this day, Chungnam Asan took the lead with Juninho’s first goal in the 31st minute of the first half, but Seongnam Shin Jae-won scored an equalizer in the 43rd minute of the first half to balance the game. Seongnam then succeeded in coming back with a goal by Jang Young-ki in the 4th minute of the second half, but Chungnam Asan Lee Hak-min scored consecutive goals in the 8th and 13th minutes of the second half, ending the game with a 3-2 victory for Chungnam Asan.
