With the government’s measures to supply 830,000 units of large-scale housing, the real estate market is drawing attention, and this week, apartment prices in Seoul and the metropolitan area continued to rise.
Some areas of reconstruction and redevelopment have already expressed opposition to public maintenance projects, raising concerns.

Dedicated 84㎡ was recently traded for 2 billion won.
The quotation jumped to 2.3 billion won.
Still, there were more inquiries, and there are only 4 cases for sale.
It can be interpreted that the demand for houses in Gangnam rises again, and demand is rushing to this place.

Despite the plan to supply 830,000 households, apartment sales prices in the metropolitan area continued to run.
This week, the apartment sales price in the metropolitan area rose 0.33% from the previous week, showing the highest increase since the statistics were prepared in 2012.
Seoul’s rate of increase fell slightly, but maintained its upward trend.
Along with the sale, the rent for apartments in Seoul rose 0.1% for 85 consecutive weeks.
The government announced this supply plan and emphasized that if you believe and wait, the market will stabilize.
