Consumer prices rose 0.6% last month, recording a 0% increase for four consecutive months.
On the other hand, the so-called shopping cart prices that the people feel, such as the prices of agricultural and livestock products, have jumped significantly.

Last month, the Consumer Price Index released by the National Statistical Office was 106.47, up 0.6% compared to the same period last year.
Since October last year, it has recorded an increase of 0% for four consecutive months.
However, among them, the price of livestock and fishery products, which are closely related to people’s lives, jumped by 10%.
Looking at each, first, livestock prices surged 11.5%, showing the largest increase in six years since June 2014.
In particular, the price of eggs, which is causing scarcity due to the recent spread of avian influenza, has increased by 15.2%, and pork and domestic beef have also increased significantly by 18% and 10%, respectively, affecting the increase in livestock prices.
Agricultural commodity prices rose 11.2% over the same period last year, with apples rising 45.5%, green onions 76.9%, and onions 60.3%.
On the other hand, the price of petroleum industrial products plummeted 8.6% due to low oil prices, and electricity, water and gas prices also fell 5%.
In addition, the price of public services fell 2.1% due to the free high school pay and the policy to support communication expenses.
The rent rose 0.7% from a year ago, and since May last year, the rise has continued for 9 consecutive months.
