We are looking for a psychologist starting August 1, 2022 (adjustable).
The psychologist will practice in the 2 Residences of the EHPAD as well as in the gerontological consultation service of the hospital.
The psychologist works in close collaboration with the coordinating doctor, the director of care, the center manager and the local managers, the care teams, the management team, the rehabilitation team, the social team, the network of cities and associations.
– Participate in the reception of the resident and his family: entry interview, cognitive assessment, thymic evaluation, identify the needs and expectations of the patient, assess his adaptive capacities.
– Provide psychological follow-up to residents through different techniques according to perceived needs.
– Organize listening spaces for families, in order to maintain family ties, support them and facilitate communication with the establishment.
– Establish and implement the personalized support project for the resident.
– Propose times for discussions with professionals, in order to encourage reflection on the personalization of care for residents according to their singularities, needs and aspirations.
– Systematically ensure traceability of acts performed in the computerized medical file.
– Participate in institutional projects and contribute to the development of the establishment’s quality approach.
– Participate in maintaining partnerships with non-hospital establishments and professionals.
Qualifications and knowledge required: Master 2 with specialization in psychology or title in psychology issued by the school of practicing psychologists.
The plus: have experience in gerontology and neuropsychology.
