FB, On Wednesday October 21, 2020, the Ludwigshafen fire brigade was alerted at 10:59 p.m. about a building fire in Ludwigshafen Oggersheim in the new gardens. When the emergency services arrived, the single-storey building near the brick pond was in full fire. Extensive extinguishing measures had to be initiated. The fire was quickly brought under control through a massive effort. At the same time there was an operation with leaking operating materials after a traffic accident and further smoke development in the open air. Both parallel missions could be processed by the alerted volunteer fire brigade. The extinguishing work is currently still ongoing. There were no personal injuries. There are 28 emergency services from the Ludwigshafen fire brigade with 8 vehicles, the Ludwigshafen technical works, the ambulance service and the police.
