HelloWork EdTech is expanding its technical and product team in Rennes and is recruiting! A Product Owner!
Job Description and Missions
Within an e-commerce oriented system and in a 100% performance-oriented ecosystem, you work in relation with the Acquisition (SEO / SEA / Affiliation), Development and Data Analysts teams.
You are responsible for:
– Definition of product developments (particularly conversion channels) and translation into functional specifications and user stories.
– Prioritization of your team’s product backlog.
– The excellence of the user experience of the features delivered in production and of your product in general.
More concretely, your daily missions are:
– The implementation and evaluation of performance indicators (in particular A / B testing) necessary for the management of your actions and product improvement.
– Collaboration with the UI / UX team to validate the biases with our users.
– Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
– Monitoring of the team’s achievements.

You are …
Required profile
With a higher education in commerce / IT / marketing with a web specialization, you have at least 3 years of experience in leading web projects, ideally in e-commerce in an agile approach.
You have to be able to convince and align all the players by communicating a clear vision while being the leader.
Be ingenious, creative, able to think out of the box, pragmatic and ROIste.
And like to work in a team. But really ! We are agilists and we all move forward.
