During this morning, the lawyer Gregorio Dalbón announced through his Twitter account that He will represent the parents of Lucas González, the Barracas Central player who was killed by three policemen from the City of Buenos Aires.
According to the lawyer, he will intervene in the case at the request of the boy’s own family who was shot last Wednesday.
“Cintia Yanina López and Héctor Mario González, Lucas’ parents, have asked me to be a lawyer for the family in this cruel murder,” he wrote. In that sense, Dalbón added that will give a press conference with Lucas’s parents from his law firm, located in the area of the Courts in the Federal Capital.
The lawyer also commented that the parents will tell who Lucas was, while he will detail the next steps they will take in the case as affected individuals, after which they will answer questions.
The juvenile judge who was in charge of the file, Alejandro Rodolfo Cilleruelo, prohibited the agents involved in the case from leaving the country and, simultaneously, declared himself incompetent. In this way, the file will pass to the criminal jurisdiction of the elderly.
