Meetings of over 150 people are allowed
“From July 17, regulations regarding artistic and entertainment events organized in open space will change – more than 150 people will be able to attend them, provided that the principles of social distance are observed,” we read.
As explained by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, in the case of cinemas, theaters, concert halls, music clubs, sports and entertainment halls, amphitheaters and concert shells, these rules consist in making available up to 50 percent. the number of seats in the room and the compulsory covering of the nose and mouth by the participants of the event.
In open or semi-open stadiums, with or without seating – in addition to the need to cover the nose and mouth by the participants of the event – rules for sharing up to 25 percent apply. the number of seats in the audience (participants occupy every fourth place, in rows alternately), and in the absence of designated seats in the audience – maintaining a distance of 2 m between viewers.
In the case of outdoor events from July 17, at least 5 sq m should be provided per person, marked with horizontal signs places for the audience taking into account the distance and clearly separated and marked the area for the audience to prevent the audience from mixing with e.g. walkers. Participants of outdoor events must keep a 2-meter distance from each other, as well as cover their noses and mouths, unless a distance of not less than 2 m from other people is kept.
Who is not affected by the obligation to keep a distance?
The communication also reminded that the obligation to keep distance does not apply to: a person who came with a child under 13 years of age, a person accompanying a person with a disability or a person who due to his / her health cannot move independently, as well as people living together or gospodarujących.
