Commander TNI Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto visited the official residence Police chief General Pol Idham Azis at the New Perth Area, South Jakarta, this morning.
Hadi’s arrival at Idham’s house was none other than to give a happy birthday to the Indonesian National Police.
At Idham, Hadi presented a birthday cake with a picture of the two of them as a form of congratulatory police service.
“Hopefully the togetherness of the TNI-Polri in the form of synergy, the Unitary Republic of Indonesia is getting stronger and there is no disturbance whatsoever, so security stability can be achieved so that the people can carry out their activities safely,” Hadi said as quoted by the Puspen TNI release, Wednesday (1/7).
When giving the birthday cake, Hadi also expressed a prayer that the Police could be more professional, modern, and trusted (Promoter) to protect and protect the public.
“Again, happy birthday to the National Police,” he said.
Hadi explained the TNI’s surprise to the National Police by giving him a birthday cake that was not only done by him today. That, too, he continued, was carried out simultaneously by all ranks of the TNI in the area this morning to congratulate the 74th anniversary of the National Police to the Polsek level.
Idham, who was on his way to work, was shocked by the arrival of Hadi and his entourage. Idham also expressed his thanks for the surprise and attention of the Commander-in-Chief of the 74th Police Forces.
“I was really touched and I did not know I got this kind of surprise, because I every morning with my family always perform the morning prayer in congregation especially with my biological mother, because I want to see my mother every morning,” he said.
“I as a person and the National Police Chief will follow and always join hands together in guarding and maintaining the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia,” he added.
