The new generation of the Constellation collection for men by OMEGA has just been unveiled, remaining forever the standard bearer of timeless precision and elegance.
These new Constellations take up the aesthetic codes of the collection, such as its 41 mm case, the emblematic claws and the half-moon facets on either side of the case.
These watches also showcase the most sophisticated advanced materials used in the world of OMEGA watchmaking. We find in particular models in stainless steel, in 18K gold, and watches combining these two materials. Echoing the shimmering sapphire crystal of the original Manhattan Constellation of 1982, almost all of the glasses are made of polished ceramic.
Only one model in the collection has a stainless steel bezel enhanced with black Roman numerals. On the other watches fitted with ceramic glasses, the Roman numerals are in Ceragold ™ or Liquidmetal ™ OMEGA.
Even more refined than their predecessors, these new Constellations feature beveled angles on the case and the claws, but also a subtly reworked crown. The hands have been redesigned while the new indexes are inspired by the skyscrapers of Manhattan, in particular the triangular facets of the Freedom Tower.
The sapphire crystal case back offers a breathtaking view of the OMEGA Master Co-Axial 8900/8901 caliber.
The new Constellations will be accompanied by leather bracelets with antibacterial rubber lining. A decorative metal link connects the two ends of the bracelet to the case, bringing a unique touch to the creations. They can also be combined with all the bracelets in the Constellation 39 mm metal collection, for a tone-on-tone style, or in leather.
The collection can be found on omegawatches.com, with prices ranging from € 6,100 to € 19,200.
