Circulation of the virus
The number of effective reproduction, over seven rolling days from June 21 to 27, 2020 from the daily number of positive PCR tests, is estimated at 0,94, therefore less than 1. This is the method established on the number of confirmed cases (and no longer on suspicion alone), the epidemic is estimated to progress when this indicator crosses the threshold of 1.

L’incidence
308 new cases were confirmed between June 23 and June 30, date of the last official count, which brings the total to 15,253 cases in the Hauts-de-France, still on June 30.
From June 2 to 26, the incidence rate is 4.8 cases per 100,000 population (6.8 in the North, 3.7 in Pas-de-Calais). It is 3.1 per 100,000 inhabitants at the national level.

A screening
In proportion to the curve of new infections, that of screenings continues to progress. The screening rate (number of patients tested compared to the population) is 347 per 100,000 inhabitants from June 21 to 27, 2020 (319 per 100,000 inhabitants from June 8 to 14), it is similar to the national rate.
Over the period from June 22 to 28, 2020, the positivity rate of Hauts-de-France continues to decrease. It is 1.4%, equal to the national rate (1.4%). It remains stable in the North (1.7%) and in Pas-de-Calais (1.1%), a drop of 5% in all departments.

Les clusters
From 32 outbreaks of contamination detected in Hauts-de-France between May 9 and July 1, 17 have been closed, 8 are considered to be under control and 7 are under investigation.
Among the 7 clusters under investigation/management, 4 are located in the North, 1 in Pas-de-Calais and 2 in Oise. Among the 32 clusters (excluding EHPAD and restricted family environment): 34% concern health establishments, 19% of employees of private and public companies outside health establishments and 16% of communities in precarious and vulnerable situations (establishments of social and integration accommodation, vulnerable communities).
Since May 9, 10 nursing homes clusters have been identified in Hauts-de-France: 3 are closed, 5 are considered to be under control and 2 are currently under investigation.
