Police put an end to two illegal parties with hundreds of visitors

The police received a report earlier that night that loud music was playing from a quiet area in Prinsenbeek and that many cars were driving in that direction. Agents then blocked access to prevent further influx.

The approximately 250 attendees left within 15 minutes of the police’s arrival. About 50 cars were parked. The vehicles have caused some damage to the area.

Later in the night it turned out that there was still a lot of waste, including balloons, bottles and plastic, in the place of the party. This is passed on to Staatsbosbeheer, the owner of the nature reserve. A 31-year-old man from Breda who made himself known as an organizer, has been told by the police that he will be reported if a report of destruction is made.

Under viaduct

In the Amsterdamse Bos, the police and military police ended an overnight illegal party, which took place under a viaduct of the A9 motorway. Here too there was music and laughing gas balloons were sold. The estimated several hundred visitors had to pay entrance fees to enter the area. No people have been arrested.
