PEC Zwolle was able to keep Rav van den Berg (15) out of the hands of Dutch and European top clubs. The super talent – brother of Sepp van den Berg – is being watched by Ajax and PSV, but also by foreign clubs such as Liverpool and AC Milan.
The Stentor reports on Sunday evening that the PEC has managed to sign Van den Berg’s first contract in Zwolle. He has signed a two-year contract with an option for one more season. A stunt, given the interest from the outside. PEC was afraid of a departure from Van den Berg, because the club would have received only a training fee. So now a transfer fee can be requested.
