The Colorado Publish reviews Tuesday that Cinemark withdrew the request after sufferers agreed to not appeal the decision against them.
Cinemark’s lawyers stated in the court documents they desired to resolve the problem without more costs either to side. Colorado courts permit the winning side of the court situation to recuperate legal charges.
Jurors in May ruled in Cinemark’s favor over sufferers who contended the chain must have done more to avoid the attack that wiped out 12 people.
The court also ignored an identical suit in federal court, saying Cinemark’s insufficient security wasn’t a considerable element in the deaths.
