Ratzeburg (pm). The nature documentary “The Oak – My Home” will be shown in the film club of the Burgtheater Ratzeburg on Tuesday, April 5th. The show starts at 6:30 p.m.
Once upon a time there was an old oak tree… This spectacular film shines with an extraordinary cast: squirrels, weevils, jays, ants, field mice…. Together they create a wondrous, vibrant, humming world whose destiny is determined by this majestic tree. It takes in its inhabitants, nourishes and protects them – from the roots to the crown. The film is a poetic ode to life told by nature. In this visually, acoustically and atmospherically spectacular nature film, award-winning directors Laurent Charbonnier and Michel Seydoux leave it to the animals to tell about life in their oak tree through the changing seasons.
