Nadège is having a hard time after her break with the Meiland family, she tells Privé. In an interview, of which De Telegraaf has already published parts, she explains how she is doing. “I’m not doing well,” she says candidly. “I don’t understand why they did it this way.” Nadège understands that “Martien is angry with me.” “But why?” She wonders.

The housekeeper confronted the castle lord. “He doesn’t speak French very well, so when I asked him there was no clear answer,” explains Nadège. “The day I heard it, I just arrived at the castle at a quarter to eight in the morning. Normally we would have a cup of coffee first, but now they were acting very strange.” Due to the corona crisis, there is no work at the chateau, so Nadège was able to leave.

It is not easy for Nadège. On Facebook she expressed her frustration about the Meilandjes and that cost her dearly. For example, she says that she has received ‘very nice reactions’, ‘but also so ugly that I have already closed my page.’ “I am so shocked that I got antidepressants from my GP,” explains Nadège. “It all feels so bad and I don’t deserve it. They are still people I love.”
