-Carbohydrates: Whole wheat oats or other flakes (wheat, rye) but without sugar, or a quality whole wheat bread, as it will have less preservatives, fats and sugars.
-Protein: york ham, turkey, serrano, loin, omelette or a little fresh cheese.
