“Margaret Spada’s family is locked in profound silence. In this moment of pain he maintains maximum confidentiality. The autopsy will clarify the causes that led to the young woman’s death”. Few words from the lawyer Alessandro Vinci, trusted lawyer of the Spada family, but enough to explain the immense pain that Maragaret’s family members have been experiencing for a few days.
The lawyer will fly to the capital tomorrow morning together with a party consultant, a professor from the University of Catania, to be heard at the prosecutor’s office. From the news arriving from Rome, Margaret would have died before the operation, immediately after the administration of local anesthesia performed in an outpatient clinic of the aesthetic medical center to which she had turned. She was taken to hospital and attempts to keep her alive were of no avail.
The Rome NAS Carabinieri seized the documentation and drugs used to administer local anesthesia. Judicial police investigations are underway within the clinic to try to understand whether the protocols were respected but also whether the anesthesia was carried out by a professional. The Prosecutor’s Office has ordered an autopsy, scheduled for the next few hours. From the tests it will be possible to understand the cause that caused the death of the young woman.
The photo of Margaret, beautiful and smiling, is circulating on social media together with messages of condolence from citizens, friends and acquaintances who have rallied around the family of Giuseppe Spada, the girl’s father, manager of Leonzio 1909 and former municipal councilor.
