Nineteen corona patients died in the Netherlands last week. This brings the total number of confirmed corona deaths to 6,132. The actual number of deaths is higher, because not everyone is tested with a possible infection.
Nine people with corona were admitted to hospital in the past week. A total of 11,886 people were or have been hospitalized.
The total number of registered infections in our country this week is 50,694, which is 432 more than a week earlier.
Since the start of the virus outbreak, RIVM has daily released new statistics, since this month the health institute comes only once a week on Tuesday with an analysis.
