JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) added three long-distance train trips to and from Jakarta from 10 July 2020.
KAI Commerce Director Maqin U Norhadi said that the three trains added were the Argo Parahyangan train that serves the Jakarta-Bandung route; KA Bima, which serves Jakarta-Malang; and Sembrani which serves Jakarta-Surabaya.
“KAI is adding Luxury, Executive, Economy Commercial Long Distance Railway services to meet public transportation needs while continuing to implement health protocols new normal strict, “Maqin said in his written statement on Tuesday (7/7/2020).

Maqin conveyed that in the initial stages the three trains would only be operated every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
KAI prioritizes the three days with the reason for more long-distance passenger statistics on weekends.
For prospective passengers who want to see the train departure schedule, can access it through the KAI access application.

“Tickets can also be ordered through the application, the KAI web, and all channel “KAI’s other official sales are starting on H-7 departures,” Maqin said.
Argo Parahyangan Train Schedule for Gambir Station departure is available at 07.10, 17.45, and 18:45 WIB.
While the Argo Parahyangan train departure from Bandung Station is available at 04.55, 06.45, and 11:10 WIB.
For Bima trains depart from Malang Station at 14.25 and arrive at Gambir at 05.40, Bima trains depart from Gambir Station at 16:40 and arrive in Malang at 08.27 WIB.
Sembrani Train departs from Pasar Turi Station at 17.30 and arrives at Gambir at 04.00 WIB Sembrani Train departs from Gambir Station at 19.00 and arrives at Surabaya Pasar Turi at 05.15 WIB.
