Football second division club Blau-Weiß Linz has extended the contract with coach Ronald Brunmayr until summer 2023. The Upper Austria announced on Friday.
The 45-year-old ex-international had been signed by the Upper Austria Juniors until the end of the season in January and took the current table 10. one win and two draws before the Corona break. The league will continue this Friday. His contract with FC Juniors has already been canceled by mutual agreement.

“Even if the time together in the spring was very short, you could see that the trainer suits us very well. It was my wish that we would bring continuity to this area in particular and therefore also the term of three years. Ronny Brunmayr’s extensive know-how can be wonderfully combined with our philosophy of focusing heavily on young people in the coming years – we have a common plan and want to keep a large part of the team. ”
